Take your measurements
1- To measure your chest :
The measurement is taken over a thin, unpadded bra, passing through the tip of the breasts, which is supposed to be the fullest part of the chest.
2- To measure your waist :
At the hollow of the waist and not necessarily at the level of the navel
3- To measure your small hips:
Around the “little hips” go through the two protruding bones of the pelvis that can be felt at the front of the body. If you can't use the bones as a guide, know that the small hips are usually halfway between the waist and the pelvis (the hips), a few inches below the navel.
4- To measure your hips :
To measure your hip circumference, you must put on your underwear. Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart. Place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips (usually your buttocks). As a general rule, the hip circumference is 15-20 cm below your waist. Don't pull too hard on the tape measure. Write down the corresponding measurement.
